Design Solutions AQUA MINA provided consulting and design services for a high-tech shrimp farm spanning 12 hectares, aiming to optimize yield, control the farming environment, and minimize disease risks.
Key highlights of the project include:
17 grow-out ponds, each measuring 2,500 m² with a depth of 2.5 m, designed to meet high-density shrimp farming requirements.
Shade cloth roofing covering the entire pond system, reducing weather impacts, minimizing environmental fluctuations, and enhancing operational stability.
Ultrasonic electrochemical water treatment technology, enhancing water quality before introduction into the farming ponds.
Two-stage farming model with 2 independent modules, enabling efficient regional management, reducing disease transmission risks, and streamlining operations.
Project Results AQUA MINA's design enabled the client to build a modern shrimp farming system that fulfills the requirements of a large-scale, high-tech operation. The combination of scientific planning, advanced water treatment technology, and a two-stage farming model lays a solid foundation for stable operations, effective environmental control, and reaching the annual target of 200–250 tons of shrimp.
