2. Design Solution

AQUA MINA carried out the design and renovation of the Tuan Tai Aquaculture Farm, utilizing the existing pond system as the foundation and developing the site toward a Biofloc shrimp farming model to optimize investment costs and improve production efficiency.

Key components of the project included:

• Infrastructure renovation based on the existing pond system, maximizing the use of existing facilities while optimizing investment costs.

• Design adapted to Biofloc farming technology, supporting water quality control and the development of beneficial microorganisms.

• Scientific planning of the pond system and technical infrastructure, facilitating efficient farm operation and management.

• Optimization of water circulation and environmental treatment, helping maintain stable farming conditions throughout the production cycle.

3. Project Results

Upon completion, the farm met the requirements of the Biofloc shrimp farming model, enabling the investor to make effective use of the existing infrastructure, reduce renovation costs, and improve control over the farming environment.

The design was developed toward a target production of 40 tons of shrimp per year, while providing a foundation for stable and sustainable production operations.
