1. Project Information
Location: Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh
Area: 0.3 ha
Project Objective: Trial
Status: Pending Construction / Not Yet Constructed
Project Features: High-tech shrimp farming model integrated with a Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS).

2. Project Overview This is a trial project designed by AQUA MINA in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh, aiming to evaluate the feasibility of applying the Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) in high-tech shrimp farming. Covering a scale of 0.3 hectares, the project serves as a pilot model prior to potential large-scale deployment.

3. Integrated RAS Design Unlike traditional farming models, this system is designed to reuse and recirculate water. This allows proactive control of the culture environment, minimizes water exchange, and enhances operational stability. The entire system—including the culture area, water treatment unit, aeration system, and technical infrastructure—is integrated seamlessly to facilitate monitoring, evaluation, and process optimization during the trial phase.

4. Design Focused on Long-Term Growth For trial projects, the goal is not only to build an operational model but also to generate empirical data for evaluating technological efficiency before commercial-scale investment. Therefore, all solutions provided by AQUA MINA are designed with flexibility, ease of adjustment, and research convenience in mind, while remaining fully scalable for future expansion once proven effective.
